Final pre-visualization:
Process Breakdown:
I’d like to share my process for creating the pre-visualization of my own story and walk you through it step by step with breakdowns. The final step before the full pre-visualization of an animation is called animatics.

Animatics are rough video versions of the story that briefly show how the movie will look and help determine the length and timing of each scene. This animatic is the final stage in creating the pre-visualization of my story.
Here is my animatic:

I am currently working on a class project where I’m creating a pre-visualization of my story called “ESCAPE”, and this is the first page of my storyboard. I decided to animate the scene that comes right after this page.

This is the storyboard for the following scene. I then wrote a screenplay version before I started storyboarding. To create everything up to this point, I wrote a beat sheet to help me specify the key actions.
